Shawntel Newton experienced her fair share of heartbreak when she was dumped by Brad Womack on The Bachelor in 2010, and the 25-year-old funeral director resurfaced on the ABC series Monday, this time attempting to find love with Ben Flajnik.
Traveling to meet Flajnik, 29, in San Francisco — where he was wining and dining his 18 remaining bachelorettes — Newton told Bachelor host Chris Harrison she'd long wondered if Flajnik felt the same way about her that she did about him.
"Ben's everything I want in a guy," Newton reasoned when she arrived in San Francisco. "If I didn't do this, I would always think 'what if,' and I don't want to live my life like that. In ways I think this could be a total fairytale, so here I am."
Barging in on the women during the cocktail party, Newton ruffled more than a few feathers in her attempt to woo Flajnik.
"This bitch walks in, shovels her way into a crowd and I was like, 'who are you? We are not friends. Scram, bitch,'" sniped Jaclyn.
Begging Flajnik to take part in the evening's rose ceremony, Newton put it all on the line as his angry bachelorettes looked on in horror.
"I want to be at the rose ceremony and if you are willing to give me a rose, I'd be really happy," Newton told Flajnik. "If you're not, don't give me a rose and we'll end it now. But I feel like you have more feelings."
When Newton took her place at the rose ceremony, none of Flajnik's bachelorettes were more affected than frontrunner Courtney, who vowed to pack her bags if Newton got her way.
"I'm pissed. it feels very unfair to me," she fumed. "This isn't what I signed up for."

In the end, Courtney received Flajnik's first rose, and he was forced to give his final rose to either Erika, Jaclyn, or Newton.
"I appreciate you coming all this way to find love, but…I just can't hand out this final rose tonight," Flajnik admitted, opting to send all three women packing in the interest of fairness. (Contestant Brittney voluntarily left the series Monday, deciding the Bachelor process just wasn't for her.)
"There was a connection there with Ben and I and I think he just wasn't being man enough to accept that," Newton said after her dismissal. "That's great that he's trying to be fair, but this is about someone you're going to be with for the rest of your life. I don't think fair comes into play. I just feel so dumb."
